These heart songs I sing
Were not written by me
No am I ever going to sing their composition

These heart songs that I sing
A gospels written for the soul
Composed by the heart

For I wanted to feel my heart virtues
So I let my heart start to sing
And now my soul won't stop dancing

These tunes and melody's that it listens to
It can't help but feel addicted
For it has never experienced a drug like this

I see with my eyes closed
I feel without touching
Maybe now I can taste the future

In my prayers for tomorrow
I always forgot about today
Though tomorrow I will be looking at my yesterday

Yes it might be a confusing battle
But I feel the war has finally been won
For now I can hear my heart songs

But I can't help but let my heart sing
For never have I heard such a melody
Like the tunes written for my soul you see
